Okay, if there's a big climb-the-mountain fest going on, I have a very important question, before we split the party and possibly end up scattered across a country again.

How many folks can do remote portals, and can someone explain the trick to me? Last thing we need's another Bando where there's only two people who can do the thing and we need to regroup in a hurry.

The way it was explained to me was that you can't just create a portal blindly - you have to either have a visual, or someone you can use as a focal point.

Yeah - and even "portal to wherever this person is" has its risks if you don't know what the conditions are like where they are.
