Hm. I've heard that Fortune is dead, but the Arcana still referred to this universe as "Fortuna's", right? Even how they pick us is based on random chance. I don't think one of them dying affects the world immediately, but Strength was pretty insistent they needed to be brought back for there to be balance, so...maybe you need everyone when you're remaking things.
