The last time we had the pleasure [Yes, the italics do show up in the text] of visiting this place, the Network shut down entirely and liminal space was full of cable creatures who enjoyed burrowing into flesh and making a home there. It, too, was shut to us for a time. But at that point I was... unable to make a determination if liminal creations could still be made. I am not certain.
