Well, this is exciting to read about! This is Randolph Lyall, I'll add my two cents to this. I'm from Earth, like many of us-- but I come from two different versions of it, unlike most of us. There are three of us from my most recent version of Earth, from Locke City, in the 2000s. There used to be four of us, but one, ah, went out of ambit.
As best as we can work it out, a number of us in Locke City were all reincarnated from previous lives in alternate versions of Earth, or even other worlds entirely. There were aliens and giant pink guardian beasts and it was a bit strange, I'll admit. It was rather like Traveling, except we didn't go anywhere, we just slowly got back pieces of our previous lives. Mine was Victorian England, also on Earth, but an alternate Earth where there are various types of supernatural creatures, and clockwork and steam were rather more prominent than in typical Earth history.
