But as some of you already heard, Toshizou and I are going to get married during this Jaunt. [ And despite somewhat natural nervousness of but whAT IF IT'S INCONVENIENT FOR EVERYONE ELSE lingering in her tone, she does sound very happy. It's not hard to tell. Just some nervous happy jitters about it still, really. ] It'll be on the 11th, so.. if you want to come, you can..! But I understand that people are busy with more important things as well, so please don't feel obligated at all..

[ .. look, maybe it's not the best announcement, but it could've been worse. It could've been Toshizou "COME OR DON'T IDGAF SHIT DAMN PISS HELL" Hijikata saying it. Instead it's just lingered with Chizuru's constant need to put her own needs fifteen miles behind everyone else's. ]

I think PSYCHENet is going to officiate it, so it could also maybe be helpful for finding out more about this Jaunt. If people are wondering about that sort of thing instead, I mean.

[If...Chizuru's successful marriage is what ends this Jaunt, that would be pretty great. But Rekka knows that that's actually a pretty silly thought, though, and realizes it's wishful thinking borne in part from not quite being able to grasp what the Travelers' purpose here is. There's no evil to confront! The fact that the university Jaunt also didn't have one only muddies the waters, really.]

I haven't seen anything odd.. [ Or, well, nothing that is odd as in it didn't seem like it belonged in this slightly weird, but mostly peaceful setting. No random zombies like a few Jaunts ago or anything like that.. ] From the people I've talked to, it really seems like everyone is just leading a normal and happy life here.

[ To hear Mai say that, mostly. That she's not really afraid anymore.. it's a great thing. Since Chizuru knows how scary these Jaunts can be, and she imagines it must be even worse for someone who hasn't seen the kind of shit that Chizuru herself has back home.

So if the other girl can be comfortable with all of this, and not scared, and maybe even happy.. well, that's enough to make her happy too. ]
