[walkabout] it's totally not abusing any powers if it's for the good of the community, right?

[She's bored. Once the novelty of his has faded, Sunday is just stiff and boring and without much that she could do that's fun.

So she has a plan to spice things up a bit.]

I'm going to give the natives prophetic dreams.

What should they see?

You can give people dreams? Just how much control over that do you got?

[So long as they're the right kind of dream, this might actually be useful in changing the natives' perspectives on things.]

Anything to make 'em stop thinking sin is the worst thing in the world, and their stupid books are right about everything... I'd be happy with those. ... gotta admit, I ain't too sure how you'd do that.

[Dreams and metaphors are not his forte. He's a very smart man... but he's also a pretty literal and straight-forward one.]

Maybe a dream of them doin' something little that they might consider a sin, but bein' praised or blessed or whatever for doing it? I dunno, like not washing their hands, or showing off some cool shit they made.

[He already said he's not good at this.]

You do that.

[He considers asking how she's doing this, but in the end decides he doesn't need to know. He does ask, instead:]

Is there anything that can keep you out of somebody's dreams?

[Because he doesn't want her messing with his.]

Uh-huh.

[He's half-sure psychic protections might help keep her out, but he doesn't know. Looks like he's going to be paying close attention to his dreams for a while.

Because when the cat-child tells him to "ask nicely", the contrarian in him most certainly ins't going to do that.]
