That I don't know. He's talked about conservation in general, but not birds specifically. But then, if he's keeping his bird illegally he's probably not going to want to draw attention to laws about it.

Signatures can be used to do things. It's authorizing something in someone's name. So depending on what you're doing with those signatures, then I guess it could be a big deal.
