Relief and healing washes over him. They're going to be all right. Noct will live. Ignis knows there's still blood loss to deal with—he can still feel his own weakness through his pain—but at least Noct isn't bleeding out rapidly anymore. The blood on both of them is still there, though.

The book is hissing at Naoya, and he shushes it, scooping it up gently and placing it onto the ground, causing it to flail for a moment. It almost makes Ignis smile, but he's already working to move Noct onto his back so he can carry him.
Because Ignis won't let anyone else take care of Noct, either. The book hops onto Noctis's chest as Ignis slowly stands with him in his arms.
