Ah. I doubt I will be getting much sleep either.

However, Sensei, someone very intelligent told me once that to truly take care of others, you have to take care of yourself first. It is highly hypocritical of me to say it, but it is solid advice. Please at least attempt to take care of yourself. It would mean quite a lot to us.
