The 'links he can't see' actually seem more likely to be Gil's links, but I don't know Gil well enough to know for sure, and the guy doesn't trust Oracles and probably won't trust me. The Conductor network... I don't know. Depends on whether or not we can access it, whether via Bridging or having people become Conductors.
