Ah, so I happened to be in the right area for catching wind of a lot of uproar... Ciao, Feliciano here!

Lady Izanami invited me to the Gyakusatsu compound so that I could create some new dresses and kimono for her, to replace the one someone earlier had ruined... But while I was there, everything seemed to go south, and very quickly.

There was some sort of grand meeting going on for the whole area, all the noble families, it looks like- but, ah, Ren, the heir, has been exiled, and there's at least one assassination here too, so things in Mibu are quickly getting really fired up...! The dead is the head of the Gyakusatsu family, so there's a power vacuum, and with Ren being exiled...

It looks like the place could explode into infighting at any moment, ve...! Not to mention the sudden rush of disasters!

If anyone else has got any helpful information, I think now is a good time to bring it up! The peace in Nakamiyo is hanging by a thread...

Is there anywhere here that isn't full of ridiculous amounts of people killing people?!

[The sound of Feliciano's laughter echoes- he sounds relieved, like the tension was cut.]

Aheh! Nn, this does seem like that kind of place, doesn't it? Who are you? Is it all murderous and unstable where you are, too?

I was hoping it wouldn't be! I just got into Nakamiyo after getting shot and threatened with death by ghosts clawing out my vital organs in Koroshima!

Everyone here is crazy!

[He's still laughing, actually, now it sounds like a fit of giggles.]

Oh, you poor thing. Dio, why did you get shot?

[The mirth fades into confusion.]

Ah, did you just say... ghost? There are murderous ghosts, too? Nn, but after what I've witnessed, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

... trust Eren to get himself exiled.

Eren? Do you mean Ren? The heir is- wait, Eren- you mentioned him before!

...oh! This- then Ren is Eren- he's infiltrating! Oh! I had no clue- ah, I should probably start trying to learn people's faces next time we're in Liminal...

...so... [There's the echoing sound of giggles.] ...this is normal for him?

Eren's very good at doing things that get him in trouble. It could almost be listed as his special ability. So I'm not really surprised even his overlays get that way...

[He still remember what vampire!Eren was like.]

I see... nn, so I guess it really isn't surprising that Ren got into trouble, too. But the arguing was fierce... the gossip spread through the house quickly.

So, being exiled... what do you think his next move would be? Should we keep an eye on him?

[Sure, stealing things might have had something to do with that...]

And yes! Ghost! She was terrifying!

Police brutality? Nn, that seems... unusual.

A terrifying lady ghost? What was she all upset about?

That's Eren alright. Whenever he's arguing, things get intense... and very loud. He's also very stubborn. So no wonder he gets into trouble like this.

[Yet he considers Eren a friend, even if he's... not sure how Eren feels towards him other than hatred. It's complicated and gives Jean a lot of extra angst to think about.]

Well, By was talking that he might make a good figure head, so it might be a good idea to see what he'd do. I can't even begin to predict something like that.

Pretty sure the guy who took the old Gyakusatsu out was one of ours, if it's who I'm thinking of. Never talked to him that much, but I recognise him... Tom or Tim or something?

Ah, I don't recognize that name either... I'll have to ask. Are you sure? Infiltrating, then? [He hums a moment.]

At least I should know to keep an eye out for other travelers, but it's hard to tell everyone apart from the locals if they're infiltrating....

Yeah... you've just gotta learn who's who. And even then, it's kinda hard to tell sometimes.

[There's the sound of a snort and some giggles.]

Oh...! So that's the kind of person he is. Nn, I'm kind of curious to meet him, in a way. Sometimes it's good to be loud and stubborn, si?

I'll try and keep an eye out for "Ren", then. I only got really brief looks at him around the night of the meeting, and it was dark anyways, so I probably wouldn't recognize him too well.

Si. Nn, I guess I'll have to work on that later. Once we're back in Liminal, I'll work hard to try and meet everyone! Or at least, more people. If I'm going to be stuck here a while, may as well make friends.

...er, how do we know when we get to go back?

There ain't any clear way to tell. It's usually somethin' like a month or two on any Jaunt? Otherwise ... it ain't over until it's over and that's all we know.

Nn... in that case, I suppose I'd better just be careful! I should finish up my business here... I don't think it's safe to stay in this compound much longer, especially considering what's been happening lately.

Probably not the best place in town, yeah. I mean, you ain't part of the whole family ...mess, so unless someone's really got a grudge you're probably okay... but wouldn't blame ya for wantin' to get out.

I'll go once I finish the Lady's dress! Er. She seems like the type to kill me if I leave before replacing her treasured kimono... [His laughter sounds nervous.] I'd rather leave on good terms with the Gyakusatsu if I can.

Nah, good thinkin'. And you're - how're you replacin' it?

[Professional curiosity, here.]

Ah, well, I'm actually a rather good seamstress- er, tailor, seamster, I mean- so... [He laughs.] I'm pretty good at making fashionable clothes. I agreed to make it so I could come in and snoop, and I think I've done enough of it, so I'm just finishing up this new one for her.

She seemed to like how it was coming along, so I'm not too worried, but... she's touchy. And scary. She nearly killed me when I bumped into her when we met.

Yeah. I know what you mean.

[Okay, Feli? Now you are definitely speaking Kanji's language.]

But ... man. I do a lotta that stuff myself. Sewin' and design and all that...

[Feliciano's tone noticeably perks up.]

Really~? Ah, that's wonderful! I love to do it, it's fun and kind of cathartic, and it helps me save money and get the kinds of styles I really like... It gives you so much freedom!

And it means I can help the others with clothing, too! And sometimes I'll make other things too, quilts or plushes, or things like that. What kinds of things are your favorite?

Hell yeah! Seriously, I oughta show ya some'f the shit I've been workin' on. Got a coupla dolls I'm knittin' for Zoe's kid that are so cute they'd melt your teeth... heh. [Breathe, Kanji, breathe, people are probably looking at you funny with that grin on your face.] But I ... kinda mix and match? I get a lotta inspiration for clothes designs from the places we've visited.
