Well, that's an interesting question. Supposedly, this is the same world where Travelers asked that question before and just...wandered off.

Afterward, most of them disappeared from Liminal Space while the rest were brought back to it. Maybe they escaped, or were sent home because they weren't playing along, but the conditions for the people who stayed got pretty bad. No access to food or water, that kind of thing.
