Is there any precedent for a companion - that is to say, a spirit animal, a pet, or similar - infiltrating when the person they are bound to is not?

No, she made herself a body. Last time I checked she was a black and white spirit rabbit with monarch wings on her back.

But I mean, while I was Infiltrated, she was Infiltrated with me as Newport Thorne's bonded spirit. We were manifesting separately when I got killed during interrogation, so even though I died she just had our bond snap.

At least this answers a technical question about conjured demons and spirits I'd been wondering about. They really do count as separate for Traveling purposes, regardless of where they come from.

I suppose it also is the real explanation for why I can't pull any of mine from home...
