[We now interrupt your network peace with a regular panic post-- which is not from Jules this time.]
AAAAAAAAA?! WHAT IS THIS?! I'M STILL FURRY! Will I stay like this from now on?! I don't mind the fur, but I don't want to be like this forever...! Someone help...
[The fact you can return in your form had passed him by completely.]

[But since he's responding anyway]
Sometimes people keep the form.

Only if you keep screaming. Change back - the process isn't so different from what it was in Sarmatia.

[It's true. He can't even hide under his hat so he's technically hiding behind his paws.]
Keep it...? Do they stay in it permanently?

... so I can still change back even if we're back in Liminal? That's... that's a relief....
[Maybe he should have tried that before screaming, but suddenly being a wolf as yourself is scary okay.
He does focus on changing like he did back at Sarmatia for a while before continuing to talk.]
... phew. I did it. I'm back to myself again.

[The memories of watching over the younger members of Elisavet's pack are still fresh enough that her tone softens a little.]
To the best of my knowledge, no one has ever been permanently trapped in an inherited form - it certainly hasn't happened in the years I've been Traveling. It can be difficult to shift between them, but the calmer you stay, the easier it will be the next time you find yourself in that predicament.

[He's still glad he can stay as himself. It would have been difficult to tinker anything with paws.]
R-Right... I'll remember that. I just didn't realize this could happen. I didn't see it happening when I was here before.

[And he likes it to last]
No, you should be able to switch back on forth between them. Rosie goes mermaid sometimes, and Zoe used one of her forms to keep an eye on us in Newport.

[She may still have some bruising from the collision between Elisavet's head and her desk when she first heard.]
...When were you last with us? I'm afraid I don't recall.

[It's still weird how a baby is also connected to the network. Last time there weren't any babies.]
I wonder if it works the same way as it did back then, then. It probably wouldn't hurt to try.
[Hopefully. But what if it does though. No, it didn't hurt in the Sarmatia. But what if.]

[He's quiet for a while. A long while. Then he seems to return to the conversation.]
It worked. Haaah.... that was scary. I thought I would be a wolf forever.

I was around for Doki and Grid. After that I was dungeoned until I came back just before Sarmatia.

[After very nearly a year, Wash is almost used to having a psychic baby. Kinda. Maybe.]
Probably a similar idea. You guys were back in Samartia, right?

So... Feeling better now?
no subject
[He skipped the first round, obviously. While he's mentally talking he's also mentally preparing to try and change himself back and hoping it goes okay.]
no subject
Hopefully I don't need to go howling at the moon every full moon.
no subject
[So even if it had been possible back then, he wouldn't likely remember.]
So, uh... what can I call you exactly? I can't keep calling you Elisavet or Pack Leader from now on, unless that's really your name. My name's Kazuichi.

The name's Kazuichi by the way.

And mine's Korra.

Nice to meet ya.

Nice to meet you too.

[At least he admits he's a coward.]
It can be a nuisance if I need to pretend to be a normal animal, since I radiate an aura of fear when I'm in the form. Then again, most people do get scared of jackals, I think.
no subject
You know, I'm not sure since I'm not from a world with normal animals according to what people consider normal here. But I'm pretty sure even the animals back in my home world don't radiate an aura like that, so yeah, that could be a problem.

...New virus?
[Please don't let it be that ridiculousness from the Jaunt.]
