It is now or never. We must do all that we can to protect these towns. I should like to organize groups to inscribe or paint sigils and protective runes and any other useful protections across as many of the buildings in town as physically possible. Protective charms against intrusions of the mind, especially. The eyes have come, and that is where everything took a terrible turn for the worse the last time.

Who has knowledge of things which might assist here, or would be willing to help in the purchase or application of materials? We must act quickly.

Those of you with deeper knowledge of the horrors - the fountain in the sinkhole before the theater. If it is similar to the ones which appeared in liminal space so long ago, it may be that it can be stopped up using the same sigil that was left there before the Priestess erased the entrance. We have no valence with which to do that, but we might be able to seal it.

Give me a time for the sinkhole, and I'll be there. The more of us make the sigils, the stronger it'll be. These shits don't like people workin' together like that.

Early morning would be best, I think... Perhaps 3 or 4, when most are asleep and we may work relatively unhindered. I have some small magics that may aid in distracting any who come to investigate the hole.

Where are you now? I should like to acquire templates for those signs I do not know.

You really think anybody's sleeping after that? 'Sides, I'd think after dawn would be better. Darkness is their time not ours, and workin' after their peak hours might work in our favor. Maybe right at sunrise?

Riddick. I may know how to sever the fountain's connection with the power behind it. But it's likely to damage my sanity in the long run. I don't know how severely.

I need someone I can trust to watch my back - to keep any interference off me, but also to take me down or take me out if I become dangerous to anyone else. I can't ask that of Thorne or Alcuin or Eren to do that - I'm not sure if they could, and they might try to talk me out of it if they knew.

Anyone who wishes to learn how to draw the protections, gather at Thistle House at 1 pm! If you know of villagers who believe or wish to know as well, tell them that it is a seminar on paranormal protections and it will run from 1-2 pm every day this week. The more people put these up themselves the more it will hide our actions.

I don't know anything more than what you pick up being a gamer or being friends with yolotubers in this world, but if you draw me what we're supposed to be spray painting, I can make some stencils out of manilla folder.

I will draw one up before we go. You reach out to them and tell them to come. If we cannot get the word out through their videos, they may still have a following. They can spread the word of the seminar through other means. And they have already shown that their antipossession runes work.

How effective were the wards last time?

Truthfully, I am not sure. I was. Not in my right mind for most of the last jaunt. [That text comes slowly with distinct pauses between each word.] Nor were wards in abundance last time. Keep in mind that there was a faction specifically attempting to summon Him, and no one was aware of it until almost the last.

In liminal space one particular ward kept the entrance sealed until someone removed the plate.

Do you mean setting up an elder sign? I have read some books and spoken to one who has fought a great old one on many occasions.

I'm still trying to figure out the defensive magic, but I can copy basic symbols easy enough. I can also use my own magic and my 3DMG to put them in places that are harder to get to, as long as I can do it without the locals seeing me. I might be able to help with supplies too, since I can still make things in Liminal Space. It just takes a few hours after I do before I can make anything else. Wouldn't trust Liminal paint to stick around right now, but if I make a lot of money we only need that to stick around long enough to buy the supplies with, right?

So, uh, I should probably let people know that I talked to Raidou's ghost in a lucid dream a few days ago. And speaking of sinkholes and fountains, he said that the the sinkhole isn't just a sinkhole but a fountain itself. And a tear. Like, a tear in reality where bad shit comes out, probably.

I can help calculate the larger signs and seals. Elder signs will help but this might need some other sigils to cancel out the extradimensional stuff.
