I cannot be the only person who is worried about PSYCHE-net, can I? I have no problems with androids or robots, however there is just something unsettling about this that I cannot put my finger on. We need to keep a close watch on this so-called beta situation.

Also, is anyone else suspicious about this... entity? I am beginning to wonder if we are encountering another one of our infamous Trumps. The Lovers comes to mind. Any thoughts?

A roll call seems like it would be useful. If factions are going to clash, we would do well to know where all the pieces intend to move. And if PSYCHEnet is truly a Trump...I am unsure what we can do to prevent what chaos it may or may not be planning.

I doubt we would be able to prevent the chaos, in fact, our presence might be to enhance the chaos, as the Trumps seem to love controlling our lives.

At the moment, I think we need to keep our eyes and ears open and try to cover as many places as possible.

I suppose that's all we can do for now... Though I do wonder: would PSYCHEnet being one of the Trumps fit the pattern of Trump appearances prior to this jaunt?

I do not know what happened with the Fool when it appeared, however, Sun and Moon appeared as masked dancers at a masquerade ball. Moon had a silver theme, and Sun gold.

I did personally speak to both of them.

Hmm... Appearing as part of the world...interacting with natives and investigators as part of the world... It's a small sample of data, but based on those two examples it seems like the Lovers acting as PSYCHEnet would be par for the course.

It is a quite small sample size, however, it does fit the pattern. I cannot say for certain, but it is a possibility.

Those of us who have spoken to Trumps in the past should possibly speak to PSYCHE-net more to see if anything comes of it. However, more might be gotten out of those who have not spoken to Trumps before. It seems that they are looking for allies.

Hmm...In that case, perhaps it would be best for anyone with ongoing romantic entanglements to avoid PSYCHEnet entirely if possible. They would be the most in danger of being marked by a Trump called the Lovers, would they not?

That is very possible. However, it is also possible that Lovers would choose someone for other reasons its own.

True. The goal is to accumulate "allies" then it is quite possible that someone of a complementary nature may also be appealing to a Trump... Quite frustrating.

The Fool appeared as a castaway with its body wrapped in bandages, a lot of folks said it looked like a mummy. It wouldn't let us touch it and was a lot more cryptic than the Sun and Moon. [ pause. ] Leonardo "gave" it his name, and it called itself Don Orlea.

Could be. There are other folks who show up over and over who don't seem to be Trumps. [ pause. ] Last jaunt there was Tobi, the first body to appear at the inn. He showed up dead in Brooklyn too, and was the Blue Illuminant in Dolorosa.

Is that so...are they pawns of the Trumps, or warm bodies used as needed? I suppose appearing as a corpse points to the latter...

That we're not sure about. I knew Tobi best as Blue but... I was infiltrating then too. Hopefully someday I can catch him alive.

...Would he know you if you did? From what you've said, it sounds like this "Tobi" has always been an infiltrator of some kind, whether dead or alive.

That's true, but... it can't hurt to ask questions. He may know more than he realizes.

Hmm. I suppose. Any insight into the Trumps would be useful, even if from one of their puppets.
