Testing things...

Hey, this is kind of a random and doesn't have anything to with anything recent but I want to test something out. For that I'd need three things.

1. Someone to make me unconcious (no hitting please)
2. Someone to try and contact me while I'm unconcious
3. Someone to wake up me up as well

Let's just say I may have found something interesting in the network. You'd see what if it works.


Of course, this could be something super old that I just haven't come across, but still kind of cool.



[And once he's out cold, an automatic message plays with his voice when you try to contact him.]

Testing... I figured I'd try prerecording a message. You know, like an answer machine? So if you're hearing this when I'm out of it, it looks like it works! Which is awesome. Who knows, maybe this can be set to all kinds of situations? Like 'In case I become an infiltrator'?

So, did it work?

(ooc: Psychic Contingency test. You can either volunteer to knock him out or respond to the latter part - or both, really.)

I guess you can call it that... I hadn't thought of what it would be called. Huh, so others have already figured it out.

Oh, well, it's still good to check if I got it working properly.

Probably a good idea. What I can do on the network can be pretty specialized.

I want to check if I was able to make a Psychic Network answering machine. I can't test it if I don't fill the condition. Which is being unconscious.

If you did, that could be really useful.

...The condition doesn't have to unconsciousness. It can be pretty much anything. And the contingency can include any use of psychic skills, not just a simple message.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.

Now to find a safe way to become unconscious...

Yeah, I sort of guessed I might be able to use it under other conditions... but it's easier to test if I got it to work this way, you know?

Though that's neat. Now that I would need it for more than a message, likely.

Yeah, it makes sense. There are contingencies that might be easier to test, but the only ones that really matter are the ones where you'll be unconscious or not yourself. And it's easier doing this than waiting to become an infiltrator.

...How did you get knocked out?

I ended up dozing off as I was trying to figure how to lose consciousness. I got woken up by Mothman though.

This isn't a hobby, it's actual psychic network experimenting! ... I admit that it may sound weird after you saw me hitting my head on the wall, but... it's not like that!
