[Though it may be somewhat alarming to those who have yet to experience the telepathic network, Armin's image appears in everyone's mind. It's been a while since they arrived back, and nobody else seems to be taking the lead getting everyone organized, so he figures someone needs to step up.]

As in marked by the Trumps. Twice previously, when we have encountered the Trumps on a jaunt, some of out number have later discovered some sort of mark on their bodies, associated with the Trump that was 'claiming' them.

So far, people have been claimed by The Fool, The Sun, and The Moon. At a guess, if anyone was claimed here, it would be by The Lovers.
