Important questions and a Plan

So, I have an idea for dealing with one of the Glatisants, and a question.

First, the plan. Found out helping Shinji - that’s Mech Pilot Shinji, not Has A Persona Shinji - that my ANIMa, at least in Questing Country, is still just as tall as it needs to be to fight monsters. So I’m going to the future to try and talk down that one, and failing that, wrestling with it on our terms.

Second, I warned the Fool about the whole time spiral thing that Me From Questing Country and Adult Probably Oracle-of-Anchors Me told Present Me to warn the Arcana about, and wow, I hate Time Shenanigans.

He thanked me and told me he’d also warn ROSE, Mei, SAGE, and Shekinah. I asked which ones quote “Rider and Waite” unquote would say those are and he grinned and was like “Who and what? Eh, you like questions, figure it out.” I know who SAGE is and precisely zero of the others, so... who would Rider and Waite say they are?

Also what’s a cheesecake, how do you make it, and what’s the difference if any between a Japanese one and any other kinds? Asking because birthdays are happening and I got a request.

I'm not sure about Shekinah, although I remember hearing the name before... I'll look it up if no-one else remembers.

There’s someone who goes by Shinji sometimes. I think? It’s a nickname.

This probably means the Emperor will get a heads-up too. Not sure how I feel about that, but Adult Me didn’t say “except the Dad Arcana, screw him.”

I can’t imagine what the fool has against An Authority Figure. Like, at all.

He mentioned SAGE - Hermit - as his friend, and Mortimer, Death, as “a more distant ally.” I think we found out more of his more distant allies.

It's not usually the sort of thing they've answered clearly. At least, I haven't heard of one saying so before.

I have a small team approaching the glatisant in the past, ahead of most of the Champions. We're going to try to talk to it, as well.

Like, for one thing, you never Infiltrated as an ancient Greek sun god. Hard to mistake you for the Shinji that did that.

Well, I imagine that's what the bulk of the Champions are going to be for. Plus, the team has Hajime on it, and he will fight anything you point him at.

But if we can find out what it wants and how to help it first, that would mean avoiding violence.

Fool especially likes riddles. Figure out what he didn’t say, phrase things as open-ended questions.

I got those names from going “any Arcana you want me to warn?”

I figure one way or another we’ll need to figure out what it wants, but that might have to be after a fight.
