Open to All Investigators-Beginning of Digital Frontier Jaunt
For those who are experiencing this for the first time, don't worry. Just keep calm and listen to this message.
If you're hearing this, you're what we call an investigator: someone who retains their memories from their home and other worlds if they have them while in a Jaunt. Some of us have blended in with the setting and are called Infiltrators; don't try and jog their memory back otherwise we'll be in a lot of trouble. They also cannot use the network we're on right now.
What we need to know now is who's not thinking they're a program and what they have noticed so far. Anything will help us try and figure out a way to solve this next issue.

But since we are also currently made of the same stuff, we can interact with them. You've heard them mention "users" I presume? Those would be people on the outside of the system we've been transported into. The creators, I assume, or at least the people meant to make use of these spirit-programs.

This...system. A computer? [He's been talking to other people as well. Maybe he's starting to get a better picture over-all but its still all very....technical and futuristic. Perhaps he would be better off not asking. He seems to be doing better understanding the "human nature" of things here better than the technical jargon.] And...humans create that in the future, from my date in time. There was some in the last...world. [Jaunt. He'll learn to use that word eventually.] I think.

[...all right. That seems unusual.]
I won't ask then. It sounds complicated. And I know being here only makes it more so. [Time shenanigans. Damn them.] Thank you for the information. I think I shall stick with what I know best and try to simply blend in, learn from the crowd, and not answer too many unwanted questions.

[As long as there's no full moon here, really, he is pretty harmless.]

[Perhaps it was stating the obvious but. well.]

[He hopes.]

[From what he's heard, he's not so sure. But then he hasn't experienced much of it first hand yet. He'll keep his reservations to himself, though, since he's not certain what to think just yet.]
