At least one Dreamer went to the big gem in the Deeper Dream and did... something to it to talk to whoever was inside.

Who says the Starquakes are coming from the Dreamer's level of the dream, starting in the future.

Assuming she's not lying... and I don't think she is... Anyone got any idea what might be able to cause that in this universe besides an Arcana?
