So goals?
So. Uh. Three weeks in, does anyone have a sense of which Arcana would be really into whether the book is better than the movie?
[That's the stakes of this Jaunt, right? Whether that movie follows the book or not?]
Also I forgot how much I kriffing hate sludge news.

I wonder if it's really the movie the Arcana are interested in and not everything around it instead. Isn't there a lot of unrest on that set?
[He's still a bit behind, but he distinctly remembers talk about some kind of planned revolt or strike.]
That's why I'm confused.

[He's surprised the set hasn't collapsed into complete anarchy by now, although from the sounds of things that doesn't seem to be too far off.]
Maybe we're meant to deal with the circumstances behind that.

[No matter how frustrated the actors and crew might be.]
Why is the script changing so much, anyway?

I know the point of films in general is to make money, but this risks warping the film's story into unrecognizability, which in turn could make the public turn on it because it's not what they wanted to see anymore. And all these changes, and all the re-filming, have to be adding up cost-wise...
[He thinks for a moment.]
Why this film in particular, I wonder?
