There are some wonderful healing plants that can only be grown down in Assantik, for example. Some of their yellow spices work so well for arthritis, but it can be terribly difficult to transport them so far north. So we make do!

Oh, I can mix you up a tea for the pain, if you want. Willow bark, Thalnian pine bark, meadowsweet and cat's claw. The last one is something Saya used a lot, but I was able to liminally create some and it's very effective.
