[Late Week 2]

... Right, so I have some news. Sara - the Admiral - let me in on some information and I spilled a bit of what we know already in the interest of getting her to trust me.

She doesn't know much, but apparently the disappearance and not death of Consort Faline ahn-Alfor was a casus belli for the war. She suspects Dara might be hiding the consort.

... And the Phileon has a biological core, so she may be either dead or exposed to X. Pression.

The EDSF doesn't think that Aurigans can develop X. Pression, or at least they definitely didn't at the time of the meeting that kicked off this war. She suspects AEGIS of wrongdoing if it wasn't an accident. I told her I have some contacts that might be able to do some digging. She asked to meet them if I think it's worth the risk - which obviously I don't, clearly none of you are fighters and all of you are just hackers, right?

[The sarcasm is real.]

But the order to get digging comes from the Admiral herself, so I think we should do just that.

Now if you'll excuse me I have a bunch of injuries to sleep off. If I find one of you was the one who double-missiled my Tengu I'm gonna kick your ass.

No, just that she has a contract and needs to be found.

... I’m not saying we have to turn her over at all but it gets us access to dig from that angle, plus benefits. I’ve looked at some things but this is kind of beyond my skill level.

She'll probably be disinclined to trust anyone actually working for AEGISCorps, but if we could still use their resources... Maybe have the people working for them not be the ones to approach her when we find her.
