I know that there are a large number of things to address, introductions to make, solutions to find, et cetera, but I must ask something of all of you.

Can anyone figure out how to walk safely on these ridiculous, frictionless floors? I'm almost certain that someone is going to get injured, even if you ignore the massive balls and paddles.

Ah, I understand. Odd place to move, but I suppose they had their reasons...?

Oh, absolutely. It's as beautiful as it is painful, watching time pass. Everything seems fast after a few centuries, really. We are on the battlefields of every war, meeting every ruler to come and go, talking to our citizens.

I work for an organization which follows the most powerful nation of the time. As the British Empire was waning in power, it moved to America, and the decision was made to put it away from the center of power for its protection. Thus, we are in the middle of nowhere.

It would be so fascinating to see that much history and progress. [Her voice is thoughtful, but curious.]

I can be almost certain that our worlds do not overlap, then! If America and England knew of your organization and the transfer you made, there would be much more bickering on that subject. Significantly more usage of the term "old man."

It really is. I still have so many things that my people have made through the years; I suppose a chunk of them would be considered relics now, actually! Ancient Greek and Roman items do get a lot of attention. [Genevieve is old. So very old.] What era are you from, if I may?
