I know that there are a large number of things to address, introductions to make, solutions to find, et cetera, but I must ask something of all of you.
Can anyone figure out how to walk safely on these ridiculous, frictionless floors? I'm almost certain that someone is going to get injured, even if you ignore the massive balls and paddles.

Perhaps if you could find some way to create more friction on the soles of your shoes, or some almost snowshoe-like creation for traction.

It is wonderful to meet you, by the way!

You as well. I am Helena Wells.

I am Genevieve Blanchard. I hope that we get along well!
no subject
As do I. Where are you originally from?
no subject
Monaco. I am of Monaco, and I am Monaco. You, if I may ask?
no subject
London originally, but currently a town in the middle of nowhere South Dakota. It does not even have a legal name.
One moment. You said that you are Monaco? How does that work?
no subject
That must be quite a change! Any reason why you decided to move to a place like that? I must admit, I'm curious.
Where I'm from, whether they choose to come into the public eye or not, countries, territories, and other entities like that have personifications. We talk to the leaders, fight on the battlefields, and we live for as long as the country survives.

I did not stay outside for long, in any case. I have no earthly idea what any of it could mean.

It's a relatively modern game. If you want to know, I'll explain. Just know that there is no non-slippery surface. It's incredibly stressful, and then come the balls. How did Travelers manage to end up in those?

Who are you, if I may ask?

Name's Braig. And what's yours, Nellie?
no subject
Genevieve, or you could call me Monaco.

[she doesn't have a solution, she just wants to check.]

I've missed you, by the way. Have you been all right, dear?
no subject
[She can't help but be concerned, after all.]
Um, I'm okay though! It's a little strange, but if I stay in the corners, I'm out of the way usually...
no subject
Good! I'm glad to hear that you've kept yourself safe!
no subject
Oh yes... I don't want to cause anyone any trouble by getting hurt or anything...
[There are better reasons to not get hurt, but it seems to work for Mai.]

But you are very kind, um...Genevieve-san. You have always been that way. [She wants to get better at using Genevieve's real name, even if her pronunciation is still a little off.]
