['For those of us who are more interested in solving the problem than stealing pants,' Naoki doesn't lead off with. Rehashing that fight's going to get nowhere other than giving people headaches again.]

I found Minako-san, though... really, anyone who's been overnighting in Liminal probably figured out she's infiltrating already, between Suzaku and Mothman. She's leading the hunt for this Captain Phoenix person, who's apparently developed a bit of a piracy problem and sent the last person out to catch her back with horrific burns.

I also found Yua. She's keeping such a low profile she's taking Naoto's 'dressed like a guy' slot - I barely recognised her voice, and I'm not sure I'd be so lucky a second time. Assuming she keeps to the same getup, which I doubt. I'm not sure if that makes her Captain Phoenix or not, but I can't rule it out.

Whether it's Yua or not, I think it's safe to say Captain Phoenix was behind that little firebird just now. I don't know what the captain's motives are or which one we're meant to help, but that seems to be part of what's going on. Anyone heard more about this Blitzkopf guy?

And are those of you who remember things from here doing all right? [Hopefully no one else has passed out. If there's any insight to be had from the old guard, they'll probably all need it sooner or later.]

That's the thought, yeah. I tried gettin' on board, didn't get very far. Remy says he thinks there's a bar inside, which ain't somethin' you'd expect from a military or cargo ship, really.

Huh. Maybe it's more of a cruise ship kind of thing, normally? I mean, people have to get here from the far ends of Africa and Asia somehow, and that seems to be the way to do it.

That's closer to it, I think. Might've been some kinda flagship, like for heads of state and shit. Gotta keep those rich assholes fed and watered with the best.

Sounds like the kind of thing they would've wanted to show off. And probably like a big prize for the person who has it now.

Which means whoever's flyin' it now is either really nuts, really rich, or really smart.

Why rule out a combination of the three?

Well, Sabetha's got it now. Don't know her name, in here, but she pretended like she knew me, at least. I've got a place I can hunt her down, though it might be a trap.

If you've been here before, maybe she does.

Be careful if you do go, but I probably don't have to tell you that. [They haven't talked much, and for a lot of that at least one of them wasn't themselves, but Naoki's pretty sure Riddick can take care of himself regardless.]

She did say she wouldn't knife me in the back, at least.

Said she'd rather shoot me from well outa arm's reach. So I think her place to meet up is probably safe enough, at least once I'm in there.

...Well, that is one way to look at it. And it at least sounds like she doesn't hate you, which is a good place to start.

I'm guessin' she wants somethin' outa me, but I ain't sure what yet.
