 I've finished my first reconnaissance, more or less, and after a week I hope that most of you have, as well.  Everyone who can should gather back in Liminal Space so that we can compare notes, and marshal our forces.  Everyone who can't... should let me know, so someone can retrieve them.

I don't suppose anyone has stumbled over the missing queen or her throne?

I tried to learn more from the Illuminated Summit, as you did, and I actually found much. Sadly, not much about the queen. I did find that there are two more countries on this peninsula, with Dolorosa - and I found a sort of codex that catalogs the magical beasts in the area - their powers, their weaknesses, that sort of thing. Perhaps it will be useful.

I've taken quite a few notes on everything I found, especially anything I could find on the Queen. I would much appreciate it if I could be brought back, so I could discuss it in person with anyone who is interested.

I am not sure who here is one of us, if any. I asked the Violet Illuminated to take me back to where we entered this Jaunt, at the Throneless Keep. I am standing where the tournament was held.

Find a place where you're out of sight, with at least two paces between you and any uneven ground. If there's a wall nearby, that's fine.

[It takes a while for Leonardo to respond again, but soon his thoughts echo in Joscelin's head again.]

I found a place that I believe will suit your purposes. [He carefully describes just where he is in relation to the Keep, and important things he sees to use as landmarks.]

Then hold still.

[The portal will open, only a few second later, a sputtering of faint violet light expanding in an uneven ring until it's wide enough to step through.]

[Whatever Leonardo was expecting, he wasn't expecting... that. Regardless, he stays as still as he can until the ring stops expanding, and then steps into it, and immediately starts looking around for Joscelin as soon as he's through.]

[Joscelin is standing just a few feet away, sweat beaded on his brow, looking winded - he'll nod in greeting, but not manage any words just yet.]
