Is there anyone who can make edible stuff who'd be willing to help me with something? There's a few things I want to look into making, and I don't want to take the chance of it falling through because I don't have the right ingredients.

[The only person Naoki knows of off the top of his head who can do that is Leo, and he's not an option for... well. Reasons. Besides, he doesn't want to be stuck with one person who ends up infiltrating or on the other side of a jaunt-walkabout divide when he really needs something. As it is, he's going to have to look into somewhere to keep all this crap.]

'Carousel Hazard'? I mean, the 'poison instead of liquor' part implies a drinking game of some kind, but not one I've heard of before.

Pretend I said "drinking shots blind", and you'll get the thrust of the analogy - there's no damn way of knowing what you've got until you've downed it, but there are only so many options, and chances are the same thing will come around again.
