[Not long after her and Armin's little experiment, Zatanna's voice rang out over the psychic network.  Somehow managing to sound sure yet hesitant at the same time.  Confident in the fact that what she had to say was proven true, but wary because...well...]

Okay, I can't really think of an easy way to say this, so I'm just going to come out and say it.

The Trump tatoos?  They're emitting off some kind of low-level psychic energy.  Like an imprint.  We tested two different tattoos, and they're both giving off the same energy.  Different signatures--which I guess kind of makes sense, since they came from two different Trumps--but...well...

I don't know exactly what this means yet, but I thought everyone should know.

[There is a lengthy pause, like she wanted to add more to it but couldn't quite find the words.  Until, eventually, a little softer:]

Robin?

If you can hear me, I wanted to ask you something too.

Yeah, so let's do something about it then. [He manages a grin for her at least, even if he still feels like this is all going to go to hell very fast.]

[She nodded.]

[She let out a small chuckle at that.]

Tempting.

I'll remember you said that. Don't think I won't.

You might even manage to land a hit because I won't be expecting it. Unless you smack me one on the mouth again.

Are you telling me you are expecting that one?

... Do over? [Awkward shrug and laugh.]

[The opportunity was too perfect.]

You sure about that? Shame. Because I was thinking...

[And she leaned over, placing a kiss on his lips. Only this time, rather than a forceful press, it was...softer. Almost like a gentle brush, lasting little more than a few seconds before she pulled back.]

...I'd hate to disappoint if you were expecting it.

[turbedon]

[... So maybe he should have seen that coming but he didn't and when she pulls back, his face is completely blank. And then a small, bashful grin appears and he rubs the back of his neck.]

[The fact that she could still visibly catch him off-guard like that pleased her greatly.]

So...did I disappoint?

[... Grin.]

If I say 'yes', does that mean you'll do it again?

[...oh, two can play at that game; she deliberately took her time in leaning forward ever so slightly. Making sure to meet his gaze fully with an expression that...was pretty much a mirror image of his.]

Try me.

[turbedon]

I'll do you one better.

[He leans in closer as well, pausing as if he's going to say more... and then just closing the distance to kiss her instead, letting it linger longer than hers' had but not pushing for more before pulling back again.]

[He almost caught her by surprise. Except, somehow, when he leaned in--just before their lips met again--she knew to close her eyes. The kiss lasted longer this time. She let it, waiting for him to be the one to pull back since he initiated. It wasn't any less innocent than the one she'd given him a moment before, and yet...]

[When she opened her mouth again to speak, she realized she was ever so slightly out of breath.]

...you do realize that's the first time you've ever kissed me.

[Until then, it had always been the other way around.]

[Hiding his own minor embarrassment at that, he crosses his arms and gives her a cocky smirk.]

Is that your way of saying I'm too noob for you?

[She shook her head.]

No. Not at all.

Just making an observation.

[turbedon]

Okay then. So you're not going to mind if I do that again in future, right?

[backwordscompatible]

[There were so many quips she could have made. Or another tease.]

I don't mind at all.

[She chose to go the honest route this time.]

[He grins, just a hint of adolescent bashfulness in the expression, and gives her another kiss. This one is more of a quick peck though and then he's pulling away while clearing his throat and looking around.]

So. Uh, where's Armin, if he has to be here for the spell...?

[Quick as it was, Zatanna still leaned into the peck and pulled away smiling. She could really get used to this sort of attention.]

He was worried about us being caught together when I made my announcement earlier, so he wanted to split up for a bit. He'll be back eventually.

We'll just have to figure out something to do until then. I'm open to suggestions.
