[In theory, Sio was trying to just think this at Hijikata, but she's kind of bad at the focus thing when she's actually freaking out a bit. So. Hi everyone.]
H-Hijikata-sama... I'm in Greengard with Souji-san. Your Souji-san. A-and think we've got a problem...
Something's really really wrong with him. He's acting super weird, um, I mean, more weird than before, and scary, I mean, different-scary... we're here with Fang-san and we're in this spooky forest and I don't know why he wanted us to come here but I think there's zombie unicorns and that's kind of freaking me out.
I know he's an Infiltrator now b-but... do we... do anything?

But if he was able to live there for so long, then I don't think you should have too much to fear from--
[ The thought abruptly stops, and there's the mental equivalent of a sharp intake of breath. The dream she saw in liminal space, the hooded figure in the forest..
But that was just a dream, right? There can't really be a person like that in the forest waiting to hurt them like it almost stabbed her if it wasn't for her demon reflexes.. right..? ]

Yay.]
Um, was he a... magic guy? Because we're not magic, I mean, I think Okita-san might be and I've got this thing now but it's not really... helpful. It's kind of the opposite of helpful.
[You do not want to know how hard she's working on not just thinking 'I wish we weren't here'.]

But then again, she's not sure if that guy she saw in the dream was magic-y either.. but there's one thing she does know for sure. ]
Still, if anything pops up.. you can handle it, right, Sio-san? [ She doesn't want to put pressure on her, that's not her intention by saying that, but it's more a proclamation of.. well, trust, mostly. And some admiration as well, considering how Sio just went in to fight that dragon like it was nothing while Chizuru couldn't do anything but watch. ] You were amazing back there too..
[ See, hear that? Genuine admiration. Even if Sio did get blasted away by the dragon, but, details. ]
I think Hijikata-san and I and some others are coming over, so you only have to hang in there for a little bit.

I'll - I'll do my best! [No, she'll do more than her best. She'll be just fine. Chizuru thinks she can do it, so she can damn well do it. She can keep herself safe - and Souji, she's going to have to figure out how to keep him safe as well. Somehow.
It's pressure alright. But trust gets to her. Like in a team.]
There can't be much worse monsters here than that dragon, right? So, please don't worry, Chizuru-san...!

Somehow they'll work this out together -- she can't see anyone die again. ]
I don't think so.. I believe in you, so.. hmm, it'll be fine. [ Somehow. Although she knows she at least has to extend the warning-- ] If you see a hooded figure though, you might want to stay away from them..
[ Not mentioning how she knows that, though. ]

She was all psyched up to fight Souji if she had to. Now she's not. Like, completely not. Even the crazy Nobunaga voice at the back of her head is quiet.]
It'll be fine, [she echoes and means it.]
A hooded - [Now waitaminute you cannot just throw that out there Chizuru.] D-do you mean Garrett-san?

No, I don't think it's one of us. [ Not by the way he spoke in that dream, not by the way he almost felt as if he had been part of the forest, almost naturally so.. ] I saw him in.. um, I think it was Okita-san's dream since I saw him in there later.. it was during that time when we were in Liminal Space a little while back and we suddenly got stuck in those dreams. I was in this forest and I ran into that figure, and he tried to kill me with his sword because..
[ .. she pauses. She wants to say because she's a demon, but she can't. She's been keeping it a secret from everyone except the captains of the Shinsengumi for so long that it'd feel weird saying it, but more importantly, she doesn't want Sio to think of her differently. To see her as a monster.
But on the other hand, she does want to warn Sio that she might be in trouble too since she's not sure if that weird huge gun power makes her count as entirely human either. ]
.. well, I-I don't know.. but maybe he could sense we're not from this world, so.. please be careful if he shows up.

What kind of sword was it? [Of course that that's what she asks. But it's actually a relevant question.] Like a katana? Or the kind of swords they've got here?
[It'd be awfully nice if this guy was just a figment of Souji's imagination, is all she's saying.]
Maybe he was just... having a bad dream. [She cannot imagine any possible reason why anyone would want to kill Chizuru. Chizuru. What the hell.]

The kind of swords they got here. [ They're different enough from katana to be recognizable as different, after all. And it was also how she knew that the hooded figure wasn't anyone she knew from back home.
Still, it was somehow related to the way Souji is here, as an Infiltrator. She doesn't know how or why except for the fact that Souji himself was in the dream later, but.. ]
Maybe. I-- I don't know. [ She just knows that the very thought of that dream makes her skin crawl, and she almost feels reluctant to go to that forest at all. She can force herself for other people's sakes, for Souji, who's important to her, for Sio, her new friend, but it's still a little hard. ]
.. I'm sorry. I'm just saying.. please be careful just in case, okay? It's at least good to be prepared..
