Every Jaunt, a few people go missing. Step through portals but don't come out the same place as the rest of us.

Well. Sometimes they go to a place like this. A little pocket of space tailored to be their personal hell. Only a few can go in, and nobody can come out alone.

Depends. Do these pocket dimensions have a bunch of monsters and traps and puzzles in them, and have us beating up the trapped person's inner demons at the end?

They're not too fond of colors, this last month.

That would be my guess. Almost everything here is in black and white, and the colors - they don't look either friendly or healthy. Seems like they're jogging our elbows - the business with the queen, maybe that's just a distraction. They want us to bring down the real powers here. Again.

So the queen, and the dragons... gah! I haven't been investigating the mages at all!

Start with the Red, I think. Or, with whatever one is nearest.

What do you know about the Queen, petite? Remy hasn't been paying that much attention to that part.

Ambrose-san is one of them now right, and, um, Red is Lila-san? Gahh, if Ambrose-san remembered me then this'd be so easy!

I know she disappeared... eight years ago? And the Throne too? Um, Souji-san is a prince now, but, for some reason no one wants him to be king...

They say he's crazy. Haven't seen it for myself.

All of those things... the queen and the magic people and, the dragons... man, I wish we had quest arrows! ... but if they're magic and evil then... do you think they kidnapped the queen... maybe?

It's weird that they'd do all the light show and stuff if they didn't want people to find her, though... [she releases a great mental sigh.]

Does Liminal Space often change when in the middle of a jaunt?

[ He was lucky enough to receive the crash course before he was thrown out of liminal space into Dolorosa; but every tidbit of information was crucial, especially to a man still adjusting to his new role. ]

The Illuminants should be careful. [ or at least that's the message Hei gleaned from the space. The trumps don't seem to be particular fond of their friends down on the ground. ]

The Illuminants seemed to be on the verge of destruction already. If they die, the whole world could go with them.

Rather than destroy them, they could simply be hiding something of importance. Our missing queen, perhaps?

[ really, he could this going either way. The question remained, which would be the easiest to test out first. ]
