Hey, I got a question. Well, more of an issue, really.

Is anyone else seeing things?

A lot of the officers over on the Empress are rabbity, and not just officers - and now I've started seeing things too. But only with the clockwork eye. I was kinda hoping someone could check it out for me. I can do my own repairs in theory, but I could use a second pair of eyes. Or one full pair of eyes, if you get me.

Can anyone on the Corona even hear this?

Don't get me wrong, we've got plenty of shit that is there. Makes it all the weirder when some of it isn't.

It's a good bet. Question is, does anyone know why?

Me? I've only ever left the planet once before getting taken. But there could be...I don't know...what was that storm we were all trying to avoid? Tacky-ons? Maybe it hit a little early and it got to some people. Or something else up here.

I'm not what I'd call familiar with this kind of space travel, but I've been doing some reading and they don't mention hallucinations as a thing to worry about in the ordinary course of things.

Tachyons, yeah. I'm pretty sure this isn't how they're supposed to work, either. So...either there's something folks don't know about 'em, or we're up here with something else. Ain't it grand?

Like, is all the shaking at liftoff normal? Because it didn't seem completely normal.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's as normal as it gets for a ship kludged together out of pieces of other ships, all of 'em broken to start with. They weren't meant to be able to do it. Prison planet, remember? Just keep an eye out for anything that looks like it's falling apart more'n usual..

Bound to. There's a bunch of stuff on it. Or see if you can find one of your engineer types hanging around, get a few tips. That's my plan, if I can track 'em to their lair. They're clever little sneaks.
