Ummm...
[ Steph's voice comes across the network late at night, or perhaps early in the morning, after another one of those little tremors jolted her awake. She's not sure how many other people are even up now, but it's kind of hard for her to get back to sleep when she keeps imagining getting buried by ash in the middle of the night. ]
So, is anyone else a little concerned about the way the mountain's acting lately? I mean. I know Leonardo said it's a few years until anything happens to this place, but... that's a few years in the worlds we know. What if history's different here, and we're here now because of that? What if...
I don't know. It's too hot to sleep right now. I think I'm going for a walk on the beach, if anyone wants to come with.
