Weird stuff for the not-Force user

[This is the part that's taking Han the most time to get used to. It's Jedi stuff, head talking like this. And yet now he can do it. He wonders if it's exactly the same or not. Should he worry about shielding and watching his feelings and all that?]

This is still just plain weird. Usually, it's the rest of my family doing this stuff. Now I can hear people in my head.

It's gonna take some gettin' used to, I'll say that.

I just hope I don't have to start...what'd Luke and Jaina call it...shielding? Making sure I'm not broadcasting accidentally.

So's all the rest of this stuff. I'm halfway wondering if I haven't just lost it finally.

I still can't figure out how that works either. No one notices in our own worlds that anyone's missing? Nothing we were supposed to deal with goes to chaos?

I do, yeah. And from what I'm told that's how it works, like we're taken out of time or something.

I sure hope so. There are things that might not go as well otherwise. And we got a family that would probably tear up the whole galaxy looking for us if they had to.

Now I just gotta wonder if we're going to be a couple years older or whatever when we finally get back home. I hope not.

Who's that happened to? I think I'm going to be a little kriffed off if I go home and then get pulled back in.

...Well, kinda. My wife is the Chief of State, although there's still too much politics and bureaucracy going on there for my liking. It's not the only government in the galaxy, but between her and Luke and his people and the old connections of mine they know about, someone'd have to kill them before they'd give up looking.
