AFTER JULES MOST RECENT NETWORK EXPLOSION

This is Zaknafein Do'Urden, and I am speaking in regards to a recent alarm called by the lurkglider Jules. He acted as I had instructed and as he should have in the event of encountering drow. The danger my kind pose is not not a threat to be taken lightly.

That said... there is no danger to be found here. The drow in question is in fact, my son, Drizzt. He is, perhaps, the only drow who has ever existed who is honestly and truly...

If I may ask, I am hoping to find a proper shelter for the two of us, or a way to create one. I cared little when I was alone, but with him here now the lack is unacceptable.

As well as a means to a bath. It appears my son has become some form of beast in my absence.

I believe your current volume was fine. It disabled me for a moment, and that is no such small thing. ... Is there a way to not disturb the baby next time with it, however?

That is what training is for, so that you do not need to think.

There is no time for thinking in battle, only time to react. If you are thinking, you are dead. You must be prepared ahead of time.

That is certainly good to hear. We just need to work on the yelling portion and you will make an excellent sentry.

I've even had a couple night watchman jobs since it happened. Took them willingly and stuff, too. They weren't as bad, you know?

Jobs of your own choosing are usually better.

Yeah. I mean, for one thing, they generally pay you, maybe let you leave. Take breaks, stuff like that.

All good things, yes. I must admit that I am being properly paid for the first time myself back home. It's... different.

It's nice! And sometimes, they'll even give you benefits. Like they actually gave us dental at the last place I worked at. Dental!

Benefits? Dental? [What are those things?]

You know...health insurance? Like you can get a doctor when you need one instead of paying through the nose?
