Why do we keep going to places that include weird alternate universe versions of Yoda? They even all talk like him!

Dark side. Wow, that's not ironic or anything.

I'm pretty short for these elves, too, it looks like. Also, blue. And with a fun contraption on my back instead of tentacles. This is all really weird but also kind of... really cool? Like, I like this a lot better than turning into monsters at my last place.

I'm really starting to think the multiverse has some sort of twisted sense of humour.

I think I'm on the short side here too, but I'm taller than Yoda at least. I didn't know this could even happen without infiltrating.

I guess you figured I always had the whole tentacles and shadow form thing? No, I used to be pretty normal human and stuff. This is the second weird not-Earth world I've been kidnapped to, and the first one turned all of us into different kinds of monsters.

Never had any reason to think you hadn't. Figured you were just a bit like a Twi'lek or something.

I guess if it's a multiverse... it's not that surprising that there's more than one place where it all crosses over.

When you think about it, no, it's not all that surprising. Creepy, maybe, but not really surprising. Makes you wonder if it happens more often and sometimes those missing people really aren't kidnapped or lost, just stuck in another universe.

Maybe. Then again, Dad's from a bit later than me and he says I never disappeared. Which is good, because it means there hasn't been a galactic incident that couldn't possibly get resolved on account of universes.

That, um, doesn't necessarily mean anything. I mean, you've met Yoda in more than one universe now, even if he was kind of different in each one. Maybe your dad's from the universe where you never got disappeared, and he actually knows a different you. Like, the you who chose to wear pink socks instead of blue one day.

[Pause. Hold up. Realization.]

Wait, your dad's here? No fair!

I'm just... really hoping there's no galactic incident, they're messy. And yeah, Dad was in the group of new people.

Lucky. I mean, it'd probably be weird if my parents showed up, but I haven't seen them in a long time, so it'd also be really nice, you know? I miss them.

Yeah... we don't always see each other a lot at home. But it's still nice to actually see him with all the crazy.

I guess you can catch up on lost time here, then. Did he freak out when he... wait. Wait, didn't you say your dad is Han Solo? Does he knows he's from a movie? Can I meet him?
