Alright, pay attention because if we make mistakes people get hurt.

First rule of Traveling is don't kill your fellow travelers. Everybody here gets a second chance no matter what anyone back home thinks of them or tells anyone else they are or aren't.

Second rule is don't tell anyone about us. Things went... really badly in one of the places we went and natives were trying to hunt us down. If you can go back in the network, look for references to Nova Venezia. If you can't, wait until we are all dumped back in liminal space and ask to look at the records of what happened there.

Third rule, and this one should be common sense, but if you get in to trouble ask for help before doing something stupid and using whatever magic powers you have that don't exist in this world.

Nobody needs a witch hunt because one of us decides to show off.

You have to keep in mind that if you can't get ahold of someone on the psychic network... they're not your friend even if they look like them.

They're a stranger who very likely has different motives for what they do, they may even be willing to kill or torture you to get what they want out of you.

[That sounds like an awfully personal perspective. But thinking back on Hajime and Tachibana, and how very close Kinji came to being shot multiple times, there's a sense of relief that it didn't end up coming to that.]
