Such things can happen when you over think an alibi, unfortunately. Congratulations are in order, but on the other hand, it more or less depends on whether you think being married in the eyes of the Trumps counts for anything.

As to your other questions, though, I had great success translating my own Endless Magic into Color Magic. I'd offer to teach you, but I may have to charge hazard pay if I do.
