...I found the King's sigil again.

[Armin projects a brief look around, so people can know where he is, and then looks down to a manhole cover in one of the underpasses - where, just as he said, the golden sigil sits. Uncharacteristically, his tone is short and abrupt.]

The King in Yellow. He's... some sort of god or demon, a being of fear and madness. He tried to manifest in a version of earth several jaunts ago, and we stopped him - but only barely. His sign has been haunting liminal space ever since - I think he may have gained a foothold here.

I'm not sure physical violence would have any effect.

And he'd have to manifest in order for us to find out - which would put everyone's lives and sanity in danger.
