So, two things.

Thing one: I found Raidou, and it turns out his overlay can't talk. Anyone know a form of sign language we can pass on so the poor guy can at least make himself heard? [So to speak.]

Thing two: Who all's got some Grid-fu at their disposal? We might be able to use that to find out something about our creepy nightly serenade, but I don't have any tricks that'd be halpful by themselves.

I don't exactly know either thing - I don't even know what 'grid-fu' is, unless it some American thing I haven't heard of yet...

But maybe we can check with one of the other schools to see if anyone might have sonar capability?

Take it you haven't heard much about the Grid jaunt yet, then. There's some good info-gathering skills from that, but I don't have that end of the skillset, so I figured seeing what we do have was a good idea.

As for sonar... it's not a terrible idea? But it may also tip off the Deepsinger that we're onto them, depending.

That's true, but we might still have the chance of surprising them. Maybe have some people volunteer to guard whoever seeks out this being? I'd offer to guard whoever would find this Deepsinger myself, but considering that I'm not able to transform right now...

Inside a computer. My overlay missed most of the actual action, but it was still pretty great.

If we can learn something at a distance first, I think that'll work out better. There's also a good chance the other groups are sending out scouting parties of their own already, so if we can get people to talk to us, we might be able to compare notes.

Inside a computer? Like...as in a program, or the actual insides?

That wouldn't be a bad idea. I'll see what I can do on my end, try and talk to a few of the friendlier ones. And Thorne-san's acting as the leader for our...school, right? Maybe she can talk to the leaders of the other schools, and see if they might be willing to let us help with their scouting parties.

We can run it by Thorne, at least, and see where our individual conversations get us.
