It's really a matter of imposing your own will on the liminal material.

Thing is, you need practice doing other things with it first before you're ready to get to making shit. Can you do portals or hammerspace pockets yet?

Portals are how you get in and out of here. Hammerspace pockets are places you can put your stuff so you don't have to physically carry it around all the time.

Yeah and yeah. Well, between liminal space and the current world it's attached to. We don't know how the Arcana move liminal so it's attached to different worlds yet.
