Has anyone else been accosted by Jules-san? It seems his overlay's doing government work of some sort.

And he said his staff got waylaid and didn't actually show up, so if anyone's looking for an in to find out what he might be up to, he could probably use the help. If I hadn't been dragooned into tournament staff within five minutes of getting here, I'd consider it myself.

Well, when I saw him he actually wasn't doing too much screaming. On the other hand, if there's any overlap between this guy and his usual self at all, I'm sure some of the Pogemon can provoke him into it.
