Hey everyone, Ambrose here. New folks: welcome to your first Jaunt, it's a much comfier landing than most of us are used to. That said, I'm thinking "too good to be true" and "all that sparkles isn't emeralds" and "no such thing as a free lunch" and all kinds of other don't-take-nice-looking-things-at-face-value idioms.

If you need help blending in please ask. I know there's a few folks from this time in Earth's history, we're gonna need you guys. [ he really wants to ask what a "United Mileage Plus Explorer Card" is, that's one thing in his wallet he hasn't figured out. ] I do know magic isn't a known thing here, so... try and avoid summoning lightning and giant ice dragons and stuff like that, okay?

And-- has anybody recognized any Infiltrators yet? Cuz if not that's downright weird.

Secondly... maybe you could help me figure out how to learn these skills everyone's apparently picking up with each jaunt? I mean, I've managed so far without those kinds of abilities, but this is just a little bit out of my usual comfort zone...

I'm afraid that I have been an Infiltrator in all the Jaunts to this point, and many of the skills I seem to have brought back are, well... I'm not certain if they can be taught, precisely. But I know several veterans who may be able to assist, and I shall of course share what I may.

Yes, of course. I’m a little shorter than the average adult male Traveler, slim, fair skinned, dark eyed. [It’s all very matter-of-fact, though there’s a little amusement in the next phrase.] I’m told that my most recognizable traits are my hair, which is white – white as a marten’s pelt, and reaches the middle of my back – and my beauty, but that you shall have to judge for yourself. The wardrobe the Trumps have seen fit to provide primarily consists of things which I believe correspond to students at a university, though the identification says that I am meant to be a “freelance model”. Generally cool colors – blues, greens, heather’d purples. I do not wear facial hair or correcting lenses. Will that suffice?
