Now that I can have everyone's attention, a little good news.

Since Jules and I both needed the occasional break from the Bronze Age, I'm proud to announce Liminal Intranet is now up and running. Even I'm not good enough to hook it up to proper Internet, as that would involve punching dimensional holes that are probably beyond our reach, but it should at least be a boon to Project Infopool.

Servers are in my rooms, so they won't be going anywhere even if I do. You'll have to provide your own computers, though.

So the one downside to Lovers getting bumped out early is the most likely constant spy has nothing better to do than popcorn at us. [Not that Claudia can see her not popcorning anyway, but.

On a human-to-human level it is absolutely fucked up. On this level, I'm not about to wade into whether it applies, because the people who think it does will insist that the presence of people who think it doesn't makes them right, and those of us who don't mind or don't care have our reasons for not minding or caring.

There's a reason I'm not even trying to argue about it. I mean, Inaba doesn't sound like a bad place all told, but I can see where it'd feel stifling after seeing the big wide universe. And then you have folks with supremely fucked-up home worlds, or who died at home, and is it any wonder they'd rather not go back to that? And I want to go home eventually, but I can do some good while I'm here, so I'm damn well gonna do it.
