A few hours into the Jaunt

I've never done this before, but there's a first time for everything.

It's about time to do a check-in to see who are investigating - or at least have an infiltrator persona. My name is Jean Kirstein and... I don't investigate very often.

Apparently, I arrived with an ID that says I'm 21. So I guess age up, or down, is normal in this Jaunt. I also got a surprise guitar and seem to know how to play it...? Anyone else had something like that happen to them?

I won't ask if anyone has an idea of what we're supposed to do, since it's so early on the Jaunt... but it's good to keep your eyes open for any information that seems important.

Yup, I got drums. And nooooo idea, I guess we'll find out if I can by some magical jaunt skill but I've never even tried before. Not that I'm going to tell that to anyone who is local... Yeah, I know what they are from her life with Orion too but ... Can they actually just throw us an instrument without giving us the skills to play it? I could see how they'd possibly like watching what kind of a circus it would lead to...

Well, I knew how to play the guitar and I didn't keep that skill from Orion. Maybe I remembered the basics, but I definitely played better than that... so it's safe to assume you can play.

Okay, Mister I Assume My Girlfriend Can Play Too, what if it's just random luck and I'm not one of the lucky ones for it?

We can always test it somewhere and I can suffer the consequences if they're just for decoration for you.

Oh, we are going to. And if it doesn't work, maybe you'll play these drums and teach me how to play that guitar.

I doubt I'll be any better at the drums if you didn't get a skill. But I can teach you guitar basics.
