... Right, so. Casper here. I have a few things to discuss. I don't know if they're relevant, but here we go.

First of all, there's a number of Travelers who are dead. They don't seem to be able to get in contact with us on the network, and they can't go through walls or doors. If you can talk to the dead, give me a shout - we should organize to at least make sure everyone has news from each side. I saw a number of ghosts at the burial service. Let me know if you need to pass a message along in the meantime - I'll do what I can to find people.

Second of all, one of the ghosts gave me a sigil. Given everything people are saying, I'm not going to draw it out. I can describe it. The person who gave it to me was Frederika Bernkastel. She also said something about an Emperor of the Dead, which... I'd like to follow up on, but I'd also like someone with more experience in Harrogate eldritch stuff to double-check my work, so to speak.

And finally... I don't know if this is relevant, but I had a bad dream about a crowded cafe very late at night, people with red eyes, and an intense feeling of dread. Could be my imagination running off on me, but it might be something. I'm not exactly someone who's dipped into prophecy-related things, but given that we have very few leads and this place is practically screaming 'horror novel', I don't want to automatically throw it out.

I'm going to attempt to see if the ghost infiltrators have their own side of the telepathic network - if they do, I'll be able to speak with them for about an hour a week.

It's a good idea not to show the sigil to the network - but I'd like to see it. I'd like to see the dream too, if you don't mind sharing it.

And I have the most experience with "Harrogate eldritch stuff", of the current Travelers - I will be glad to assist with the follow up on this "Emperor of the Dead."

Good. It sounded like they did, since the person I was talking to mentioned that she put out a message that I didn't hear.

I don't know if I can share the dream? I can describe it, but I can't send stuff along. I... actually don't have a lot of psychic stuff that I've worked on.

Where are you now? I can probably come and show you - I'm pretty sure I can draw all the parts of the sigil separately. It's putting them together that's the bad part, right?

Ah, I should have specified - I can make the connection to share memories, and you'll be able to do it then. Only one person need to have the skill to share memories in both directions.

I'm at the inn right now. And yes - you can display the sigil while its broken up, but show it to someone whole... it can give an Elder Being a foothold in your mind. Particularly the King in Yellow - but there may be others. I should be able to tell, one way or the other.

I definitely don't want to summon something. Already had bad experience with summoning something, and that was minor compared to this kind of stuff.

I know a little about sigils. Can you describe it?

Probably.

... It looks kind of like an F, B, and a K got all pushed together in one of those demonic summoning circle things? They're pointy and make geometric patterns, but yeah. I'm guessing it's some kind of representation of her name, which is how she gets called.

Though I've never heard of a straight-up ghost getting called like that. Then again, this isn't my world.

But if we're in Harrogate, and it looks like a summoning circle, it's probably a summoning circle.

She might not be a ghost. Just something that looks like one.

It looked like it was from the Ars Goetia, it's definitely a summoning circle of some sort.

But if she's not a ghost, then my abilities may not be able to touch her. I could talk to her as if she was one... but that may change if I have to try to fight her.

Which I don't want to do if at all possible... but we might have to.

I remember it really well, but I think I was me. It was like... a first person dream? I wasn't seeing myself, just... how I normally see.

I had a weird dream too. If people keep on having these, that probably means something is up.

... Two can be a coincidence. Three is a pattern. I wonder if anyone else has had them.

The Emperor is Zed, and we have already seen him use Eldritch powers. Be very fucking careful.

Yeah. I need to work on that. It's been hard to sit down and focus with... everything that's been going on.

So that's what the disturbances in the Force were. I've never been very good at seeing more than a few seconds into the future, but the way things are here, that sounds like it's Something.

I can summon. And can tell when they're around to use it.

I'm not sure how summoning works. Can you explain that to me?

Calling up the spirits of the dead. It'll probably be a bit trickier here than in the Sun Temple, since the spirits aren't used to being summoned. But my overlay was getting pretty good at it.

Ah. ... Yeah, I don't summon them, I can just see them. I probably could figure it out, but it seems kind of... rude.

... But I've been seeing them since I was little. It took me a while to figure out that other people couldn't see them.

They only come if they want to. It's easier if they're still invested in their descendants. And maybe want you to marry their great-grandson.

Jedi can see them too... but there aren't that many at home. It doesn't happen automatically.
