My main long and middle range attacks are firearms or magic, so I can improvise, and I can fight in close combat, I'm just ... I can take a lot less damage than most other fighters. [In other words, she needs to try and stay out of range of other people as much as possible.

No, not any form. Sparrow, a child, a woman, a merman, an elf and the Atma Demon are the forms I can assume. They do not take long do to so, but I cannot become a woman whenever I desire.

Considering they were enslaving and maiming an apparently sentient species, and steal newborns to be shoved in to fighting rings? I find myself unable to care about what is or is not harsh treatment.

If you're asking about 'combat skills' to find someone else to go and do the vigilante thing with you, count me out.

I have dealt with people like this before, the law does nothing about them either because money changes hands or they have learned to evade it too effectively.

I can handle them just fine on my own, I do not need your help with hunting down anything or anyone.

However, I have a condition that requires a very specific diet and if said diet is not met... I will lose my mind to hunger and attempt to kill and eat everyone in the area to sate myself.

Usually I keep it in check via liminal manipulation, but considering the current restraints it is a real possibility that if I cannot find enough poachers to hunt down... I will need to be killed incredibly swiftly and precicely in order to keep innocents safe.

I've handled things like this before, too.

In case there are not enough poachers in the range I can easily reach to sustain me until liminal space returns to normal.

I need someone, or various someones, who can quickly and reliably remove my head to kill me.

Huh? No, I was referring to the poachers. Finding more of them to stop what they're doing any means necessary.

I don't want to think anyone wants to kill other Travelers. That's just messed up.

They are little more than slavers and torturers of a clearly at least somewhat sentient species, and I have no moral qualms about putting fear of this area in to them.

I understand where you're coming from and I don't exactly approve of what they do either, of course. I just wish to think of other ways to punish people like them.

Still, you need to do what you need to do, so at least there are rotten people like that out there for you to deal with.
