Just when I thought we maybe wouldn't need it. [That part's in a muttered tone, so Claudia probably didn't mean to broadcast it.]

Wrinkle in the plan, guys, Beatrice moved the amulet. She made a really big deal about storing it under guard in the top of her tower, so my guess is it's anywhere but the tower. We don't have much time to work on this. Thoughts?

My first one, frankly, is 'tase the bejeezus out of her and loot her while she's unconscious,' but there's no guarantee that would turn up clues.

If we know someone who could make a convincing fake, sure. Right now I just want the ritual to go off.

Anyone who got a good look at 'em and can make stuff in liminal space could do the thing. Other than the inherent-magic part, but that's for the better.
