[JAUNT] Who wants to go on a trip to the METAPLOT?
Hey! This is Thorne. I'm in the, uh, second Traveler group. The one that's been doing this longer. Anyway, one of the things we learned how to do that the first group should also learn how to do in time is to... well, basically break into the private spaces of the playing card themed entities that serve as our Hosts, be they called Champions or Arcana or Trumps. And some of us have reason to believe that Fortune is involved with shit for this Jaunt.
A small group of us had privately made some plans to do the aforesaid breaking in, but we had to delay it to wait on some business here and in the time since our first plans we'd figured out that Matthew, who is our primary person for accomplishing that breaking in, can actually bring a LOT more people with him when he invades the spaces of our Hosts than he used to be able to. Which means we don't have to actually limit the breaking in to the four of us who originally planned to do it.
Basically, with Matthew being the primary taxi and me and Claudia helping, we can get somewhere around thirty people there and back with us. Because Matthew is officially the Armin of Liminal Space now.
ANYWAY. Anyway. Because of that, we figured we'd open up going on the Fortune Field Trip to everyone, both our group and the first group. Or, you know, the first thirty? I don't know how many people are gonna want to.
We'll probably leave in a day or two and hopefully should be back the same day. We'll meet in Liminal Space, in front of the theatre marquee that's unfortunately on the ground right now. If you don't have portals, let us know and one of us will open up a portal for you.

private, double protected

private 5ever
I should probably see if Kanji's available on the walkabout, then, but I don't know if that'll be before or after your expedition. Given her friends among our hosts, I think he'd want to be here.
He didn't say anything on Armin-san's bridge, but that could've just meant he tuned him out, not necessarily that he's infiltrating.

We're gonna wait a little while before we go, so, like, you've got time to talk to him. Depending on who's there, we can probably see if a ride can be arranged or someone can yank him over or whatever.

...Okay, point.
But do you have to keep comparing us to Armin all the time?

[From now on, Armin is the Matthew of the Network]

[but he doesn't sound too bothered, especially not that it seems like Thorne's going to knock it off]

Noted.

It's not to, like, fight her or anything. We really don't want the other nineteen to decide they have a reason to punish us.

[Alfor those aren't really different things.]
It sounds educational. Count me in.

pawshands full at the moment.]no subject
It would be great if you could come again, dude. Especially since you know what not to touch and can help us with making sure other people don't.

[She may get the impression that Raidou's a bit tired. This would not be an inaccurate assessment.]
There is that. I'll come along, if I can.

Before we realized Matthew could bring so many other dudes and opened it to everybody, I was totally planning to ask if you could come too.
no subject
You were?

Thank you.
Just let me know when this is happening and I'll be there.
[He may be out on his feet, but he'll be there.]

Oh, I think I'll be there. Offers a nice change of pace from harassing drones.

Should we expect you'll be in ridiculous fusion armor? Because this is not a fighting visit. We're not crossing the Arcana with World-class power. This is an ask as many questions as we can visit.

[There's a pause.]
And it's not ridiculous--it's very advanced equipment.
[But he's biased.]

And it wasn't like I designed the thematics. They just...happened.

I guarantee you no one on this planet was expecting any of this.

[He'd do it even if he had to sneak in; this sounds much more convenient.]
